Tips:
In this module, users can select a cancer type and dataset interested to browse the basic information such as patient number, responder and nonresponder number, the number of samples before and after (or matched) the treatment of ICB. Also, users can browse the detailed clinical information for each sample such as sex, age, clinical stage or type of chemotherapy. Besides, a log fold change expression table with gradient color is provided for each cell type and can facilitate users to browse the genes they are interested. Then, users can visualize the dataset by clicking the corresponding TSNE, UMAP or heatmap plot and we have annotated the cell types in a consistent way across different datasets and labelled the response status, timepoint, tissue type information on the plot. All clinical information, expression table and figures for visualization can be downloaded.
